Every bouquet you receive as a part of your Bloom Club Subscription is a testament to creativity and quality. Can I customize the flowers in my BloomClub subscription?
Our BloomClub Flower Subscription program offers extraordinary value by bringing you the freshest, most exciting seasonal flowers each week. We achieve this by working directly with farms and growers to source unique blooms that highlight the best of each season. Because of this curated process, the BloomClub Subscription plans shown online do not include customization.
However, if you’re looking for a more bespoke recurring delivery experience, we’d be delighted to help! Our BloomClub team can create a custom program tailored to your specific preferences. Please feel free to reach out to us to discuss your vision in more detail.
Does every delivery include a vase?
The initial bouquet delivery will be accompanied by a designer vase perfect for the size you selected (the vase shown in the image). Subsequent deliveries will be the bouquet only, delivered in a floral hydrating pack to keep the flowers fresh until you give the stems a fresh chop and drop the bouquet in your vase full of fresh water.
How does the billing work?
For most BloomClub plans, you'll only be charged for one delivery at a time. Your first payment covers your first bouquet. After that, your card will be automatically charged before each delivery based on the schedule you selected—weekly, every other week, or monthly.
You’re always in control! You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account.
If you chose a 3-Month Prepaid Plan, the total for all three deliveries is charged upfront—no additional billing during the subscription period.
Can I Cancel, Pause, or Make Changes to My Bloom Club Subscription?
Yes! Cancel, pause, or make changes to your subscription at any time. Every BloomClub Subscription delivery includes contact info for our BloomClub team.
Can I Give a Bloom Club Subscription as a Gift?
Absolutely! BloomClub subscriptions make a thoughtful and joy-filled gift—perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, or just because.
You’ve got flexible options:
Prepaid 3-Month Plan: Pay once and send three stunning deliveries. It’s simple, no further charges, and perfect for a set-it-and-forget-it kind of gift.
Flexible Ongoing Plan: Want more customization? You can gift a subscription that delivers weekly, every other week, or monthly—and choose exactly how long it runs. For example, every other week for 3 months, or monthly for 6 months. Or just leave it open-ended and cancel anytime!
No matter the plan, you can include a personalized message with the first delivery to make it extra special.
On what day can I expect my deliveries to take place?
To source the freshest flowers, Bloom Club deliveries are made on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays according to the frequency of your selected plan.
However, we will make the initial delivery on the day you select (as we understand you might be giving as a gift that is important to be delivered on a specific day).
How Often Will I Receive New Flowers?
Bloom Club offers three different sizes/price points available at three different delivery frequencies (weekly, every-other-week, or monthly) so that you can choose the one that works best for you.
Do I Get to Submit a Card Message to Go with the Flowers?
The initial delivery will include the card message you provide during checkout.
On a separate card, we'll also include a message that explains to the recipient how the subscription will work and provides them with contact information for questions.

Here's how the subscription will work--
This initial delivery includes a designer vase perfect in size for the bouquets you'll be receiving. When you receive future bouquets, simply discard the old flowers, fill the vase with fresh cool water (adding the flower food packet included with each BloomClub delivery), and then drop in your newly delivered bouquet, giving all of the stems a fresh snip with a pair of sharp clippers just before placing in the water.
