Eastlake customers are served from Allen's Chula Vista retail shop, one of six Allen's locations in San Diego County (Downtown SD, Hillcrest, La Mesa, El Cajon, Chula Vista, Escondido), plus the Linda Vista design and operations studio. Brad Levy — son of founders Max and Marilyn — runs Allen's alongside Sam Bowles, an industry expert in five-star customer experiences who joined as General Manager in 2016.
