How Do I Redeem My Reward Points?
You can redeem your Petal Points Reward points at checkout. You must have at least 250 points in your account to redeem them towards an order.

Can coupon codes, rewards, and other promotional offers be combined?
While there may be rare exceptions, our general policy is that coupon codes and other promotional offers may NOT be used on orders where rewards points are also being redeemed, as the rewards program is itself a promotional program.
Can I use coupon code offers on multiple orders?
While there may be rare exceptions, in general our policy is that each coupon code or other promotional offer may only be used once per email address.
Can Rewards Points be earned or used on WEDDING & EVENT ORDERS?
Wedding and Event orders do not earn Petal Points or qualify for reward point accrual.
However, existing Petal Points earned through retail purchases may be applied toward payment on an event order, subject to the standard redemption policies and minimums.
Rewards may not be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless explicitly approved in writing.
Can Rewards Points be earned and used on orders placed by ORGANIZATIONS WITH SPECIAL PRICING OR CUSTOM ORDERING PROGRAMS?
Accounts that receive special pricing, volume discounts, or other contractual considerations through Allen’s Flowers are not eligible to accrue or redeem Petal Points on their orders unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
Our rewards program is intended for individual retail customers and does not apply to institutional or pre-negotiated pricing arrangements.
