How do I find out about my delivery on the day it's being made?

All senders should receive an automatic delivery confirmation email the instant their delivery is completed.  These emails will be sent to the email address provided when the order is being placed.

As we try to serve as many customers as possible, while still operating with a limited staff, our ability to provide delivery updates and/or specific delivery estimates is extremely limited once your arrangement leaves the design studio and is out on a route for delivery.

Rest assured, we work very hard to complete EVERY delivery as quickly as possible.

Can an arrangement be modified from what I see online?

In order to help as many customers as possible, we’re unable to make any changes or modifications to the arrangements from what is shown.

Can I order something that is not in the Mother's Day section?

To serve as many customers as possible, orders being placed for both in-store pickups and/or delivery through May 10, 2022 are limited to what you see active and available in the Mother's Day section of the website, though sympathy/funeral orders may still be placed from the Sympathy section.

Can you make me something special and custom that I don't see online?

We created our Mother's Day Catalogue with the intention of offering as wide a selection as possible to as many customers as possible during this time of incredible demand.  However, we do have a limited number of spots for custom arrangements starting at $250.

Can I place an order for Will Call / Pickup?

Customers will be able to place orders for will-call pickup at all three retail locations as long as those orders are placed at least one day in advance.

Because of COVID related staffing issues, we will NOT offer same-day will-call ordering on May 5-8.

Regardless, all three of our retail stores will be full to the brim of vase arrangements and grab-and-go bouquets of all all shapes and sizes, so there will be plenty to choose from even for walk-in customers.
